sol777's commitment to responsible gaming

Play for fun, not out of compulsion. sol777 puts your mental wellbeing and financial safety first — always.

What is responsible gambling and why does it matter?

Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable experience — when it is played in moderation and with awareness. sol777 believes every player has the right to play safely, enjoyably, and in a controlled way. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, setting a budget, and never treating entertainment as a source of income.

At sol777 we encourage all our members to use the platform consciously and responsibly. Our goal is to create an environment where gaming is purely for enjoyment — not a cause of stress, anxiety, or financial hardship.

Remember: Gambling is never a way to pay off debt or earn a living. Placing more bets to try to recover lost money is a dangerous behaviour. If you feel something is wrong at sol777, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

In Bangladesh, sol777 is available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Minors or underage persons may not use this platform. We have age verification measures in place and reserve the right to investigate any account where there is reasonable suspicion.

Signs of problem gambling

When gambling goes beyond entertainment and turns into an addiction, certain signs appear. Be cautious if you notice any of the following in yourself or someone close to you:

Repeatedly placing bets to try to recover lost money
Neglecting family, friends, or work because of gambling
Spending more money than your set budget
Taking out loans or selling assets to fund gambling
Repeatedly failing to stop playing despite trying
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
Hiding your gambling from family or friends

Build healthy gaming habits

Following a few simple rules will keep your experience at sol777 positive at all times:

Set your budget before you play and stick to it
After a loss, bet from a plan, not from emotion
Take regular breaks — do not play for long stretches at a time
See gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income
Avoid playing when you are stressed or anxious
Be open with family or friends about your gaming
If something feels wrong, seek support right away — do not wait

6 simple steps for responsible gaming

01

Budget first, play second

Decide how much you will spend before each session. Once that amount is used up, stop playing.

02

Set a time limit

Watch the clock while you play. Playing beyond your set time is harmful to your mental and physical health.

03

Accept losses

Winning every game is not possible. Losing is normal — placing more bets to recover losses is the wrong move.

04

Avoid alcohol

Do not place bets when you are drunk or mentally unsettled. Make decisions with a clear head.

05

Understand bonuses before you use them

Bonuses are an opportunity for entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. Read the wagering conditions before making a decision.

06

Do not be afraid to ask for help

If you feel something is wrong, write to us in live chat. Our support team will assist you without judgment.

Weekly limit

Decide how much you will spend in total each week.

Monthly limit

Set your budget at the start of the month and stay within the limit.
